Our foundry is equipped with conventional crucible furnace to carry out melting operations, for both ferrous casting as per standards and specialization. Having moulding process of molasses sand/green sand system for non ferrous (bronze, aluminium casting) and Sodium Silicate Co2 moulding process for Ci, Ductile Iron Castings. We have fully equipments, tools and accessories for making patterns in wood as well as aluminium.
The Foundry casters to the equipment of engineering sectors namely marine Eng., Crushing Industries, Process Industries, Oil Industries, Process Indutries etc. We also have facilities for heat treatment cycle for nitriding, hardening normalizing and annealing cycles.
